Job Description

Find and connect with clients who need IABER's services
Grow trading volume through individual partners, communities, etc.
Introduce and promote the company's products and services (rental account, POF, etc.)
Coordinate with the Customer Care and Operations teams to follow up and support clients

Income

Rental Account Commission: 30% of the rental revenue clients pay IABER — on every successful rental, with no target tied to account value
With Base Salary: 40% commission + base salary
Without Base Salary: 50% commission

Requirements

Able to hit Business Growth Targets and Monthly Trading Volume
Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships
Able to find clients and build relationships
Proactive, eager to learn, oriented toward long-term growth
Candidates from Prop Firms, Brokers, investment funds, or Web3 projects preferred
